WHEREAS, The City of Cupertino wishes to join the Shin Shin Educational
Foundation in celebrating its annual appreciation event;
WHEREAS,
has created and led a remarkable and growing coalition of
nonprofits to promote education in rural China;
WHEREAS,
volunteers and thousands of donors to continue improving the
learning environment of children, with a goal to promote balanced
development of urban and rural education in China;
WHEREAS,
than 350,000 children, and 3,000 teachers and principals, in
addition to constructing and repairing hundreds of schools in
remote, and rural, and despondent regions of China;
WHEREAS,
Foundation and its mission to provide quality education to
underprivileged students in China;
THEREFORE,
proclaim its support of the
Shin Shin Educational Foundation
and thank all the many volunteers and supporters for their hard work and dedication to
the foundation and their continued service.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of
Cupertino to be affixed this Saturday, December 17, 2022.
