RESOLUTION NO. 380
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO requesting approval of
a sign plan for an existing real estate office
as indicated on Exhibit F.
PROPERTY OWNER: Robert Allario (Taylor Properties)
APPLICANT: Pettibone Signs
ADDRESS: 15 Janis Way, Santa Cruz, California 95066
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Allario Shopping Center, 10261 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
Conditions:
1. That the sign be hung from below the sidewalk canopy of the building rather
than on top as proposed. The sign shall be recessed at least two .(2) feet
from the canopy fascia.
2. That the total width of.:the sign be two(2) feet.
3. That this sign will serve as a prototype for future signing in the Center
with regard to size and placement on the building as well as the color
of the sign can, the background color and the letter color. A differently
colored small logo and a variety of letter styles will be permitted for
each applicationsubject to the approval of the staff.
4. That a longer sign will be permitted for the two larger tc.nants in the
Center in accordance with the sign area allowed in the ordinance subject
to the approval of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
