OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval
for site, architecture, landscaping and grading
for a triplex as indicated on Exhibits A 1st
Revision, B 1st Revision and C.

8. That the floor plan be modified in a manner to eliminate the possibility
of a fourth unit on the first floor.
9. That the deck to the second floor rear apartment be modified so as
to serve as an entry only to the apartment rather than as a living area.
10. That trees be planted along the rear property line of the site to
screen the property from the view of the residential lot to the east.
The tree should be an evergreen variety that grows:to a height of
12 to 15 ft. The tree variety and spacing shall be subject to the
approval of the City staff.
11. That the Japanese Silk tree be changed to an evergreen variety and
that an additional evergreen tree be added to the southerly front
portion of the planting area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
