RESOLUTION NO. 378 (Minute Order)
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO modifying Standard
Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 290 as follows:
PROPERTY OWNER: Stephen Gazzera
APPLICANT: Fisherman's Village (Alfredo Scardina)
ADDRESS: 19930 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South Side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately
200 ft. easterly of Blaney Avenue
ZONE: OG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
Conditions;
1. That planters fronting on Stevens Creek Boulevard shall be surrounded
by a continuous molded concrete berm as intended by Condition No. 5 of
the Standard Conditions.
2. That the remaining landscaped areas shall be completely enclosed. The applicant
is permitted to utilize concrete bumpers placed end to end.
3. That the bumper strips already in place in the parking areas shall
remain so as to further protect the plants from the encroachment of
automobiles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
