PROPERTY OWNER: Richard G. Grey APPLICANT: Charles Brown/Divers Dock ADDRESS: 1020 West El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, California LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 21050 Homestead Road ZONE: CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 Conditions of approval added to H -Control Resolution No. 135 1. That the roof line of the building shall be modified to include a short vertical parapet of a similar height and material of the Adamo building as approved in connection with H -Control application HC -51,331.1.. 2. That the overhang fascia shall be constructed in a manner similar to the Adamo building. 3. That the exterior wood siding shall be -replaced with a stucco siding and the block wall facing west shall be covered with a stucco material. The stucco texture shall be similar to the Adanto building. 4. That the window and door openings are modified to reflect the building elevation described on construction drawing sheet A-3, Job 7015, dated February 15, 1974. 5. That the color of the wood trim, parapet, fascia and stucco shall be similar to the colors utilized on the Adamo building. Further finding: 1. That the abovementioned changes were approved with the full participation and concurrence with the architect, Milton Johnson.
