RESOLUTION NO. 372 (Minute Order)
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
At the regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of
February 6, 1974, consideration was given to approve a temporary sign for
the following establishment:
PROPERTY OWNER: S.H.A.R.E., Inc.
APPLICANT: Bumbleberry Enterprises, Inc.
ADDRESS: 430 Indio Way, Sunnyvale, California 94086
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, west of Saich Way
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
After review of the matter, this Committee approves the temporary sign advertising
the new breakfast menu with the following condition:

1. That the sign is to be placed on their facility for a-m-±imuur of
sixteen (16) days to allow them two weeks and three weekends.
THEREFORE, approval is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
