RESOLUTION NO. 371 (Minute Order)
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
At the regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of
February 6, 1974, consideration was given to relocation of an approved sign
for the following establishment:
PROPERTY OWNER: John Saich
APPLICANT: Bank of America (Continental Service Company)
ADDRESS: 454 Forest Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94302
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 300 feet west of the intersection of Saratoga -Sunnyvale
Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard on the north side of
Stevens Creek Boulevard
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
After review of the matter, this Committee approves the sign plan with the
following condition:
1. That the applicant eliminate the Bank of America sign on the west
elevation and to replace it with a standard Bank of America logo (5'8z" x 5')
on the east elevation as indicated on Exhibit F-2.
THEREFORE, approval is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
