RESOLUTION NO. 370 (Minute Order)
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
At the regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval_ Committee of
February 6, 1974, consideration was given to change of copy of an existing sign
for the following establishment:
APPLICANT: Otsen Signs (Mary Jakob Realty)
ADDRESS: 152 Kennedy Avenue, Campbell, California 95008
LOCATION: 10051 East Estates Drive, Cupertino, California 95014
After review of the matter, this Committee approves of the change of sign copy
with the following condition:
1. That the existing window signs are to be reviewed by the staff.
If they are found to be illegal, the staff is to notify the
owner that he is to comply with the Sign Ordinance.
THEREFORE, approval is hereby granted for said change of copy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Dressler; Weinstein, Koenitzer
