A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
proposed revision to the Planned Development Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has determined that the revised Planned Development
Ordinance will further limit its scope of responsibility in the development
approval process, particularly with regard to architecture and landscaping;
THEREFORE, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee hereby requests
that the City Council clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Planning
Commission and Architectural and Site Approval Committee in the development
approval process.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
