RESOLUTION NO. 364
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
landscaping for a rock bin enclosure with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: City of Cupertino
APPLICANT: City of Cupertino Corporation Yard
ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Mary Avenue adjacent to Highway 280 at the
terminus of Meteor Drive
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping
subject to H -Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A and C
and subject to the following additional condition:
1. That additional landscaping be placed in the southwest corner of the
yard to further hide the view from the freeway.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Dressler, Koenitzer, Sallan, Weinstein, McLaren
