RESOLUTION NO. 363
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE. CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
landscaping for a proposed park area with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: City of Cupertino
APPLICANT: City of Cupertino
ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southern end of Mary Avenue adjacent to Highway 280
ZONING: T (Transportation)
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping
subject to H -Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit C and
subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the termination of the southerly portion of the sidewalk be
marked with a crosswalk to the sidewalk across the street.
2. That the park be reviewed at a later date in the event that a path
seems desirable linking the park to The Oaks Shopping Center sidewalk.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for fir.al approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Dressler, Koenitzer, Sallan, Weinstein, McLaren
