RESOLUTION NO. 360
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading ar.d lighting for a commercial
building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Joseph"Adamo
APPLICANT: Joseph Adamo
ADDRESS: 20739 Sunrise Drive, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting subject to H -Control Standard
Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, C and E and subject to the
following condition:
1. That the five (5) ft. of landscaping adjacent to the driveway
be deleted from this application.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1974,.at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
