Cowan Associate Planner RESOLUTION NO. 358 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of architecture for a proposed bank and modification of landscaping for a proposed bank and office complex with exhibits regarding the property as indicated: PROPERTY OWNER: S.H.A.R.E., Inc. APPLICANT: S.H.A.R.E., Inc. ADDRESS: 730 B Distel Drive, Los Altos, California 94022 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, west of Saich Way ZONE: P (Planned Development with commercial intent) FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the modification of architecture and landscaping subject to H -Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits B -1, 1st Revision, C 3rd Revision and subject to the following conditions: 1. That no mounding or structures be placed within eight (8) ft. of the Stevens Creek Boulevard property line. 2. That mounding around the existing redwood be limited so as not to harm the tree. 3. That the building be painted so as to match the others in the project area. 4. That the redwood trees on the west property line extend no further than the front setback line of the building. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1974, at a regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Committee.
