RESOLUTION NO, 353
A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
landscaping and lighting for a single -story professional office building
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: James Frost
APPLICANT: Edwin J. Myers
ADDRESS: 10601 South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Westerly of Torre Avenue approximately 100 feet northerly
of the intersection of Pacifica Drive and Torre Avenue
ZONE: P (Planned Development with commercial intent)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping
and lighting subject to H -Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits C, E and E-1 and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That at least three 5 -gallon accent shrubs be placed on each
of the three sides of the building.
2. That two to three 5 -gallon shrubs be placed in the planter area
adjacent to the driveway entrance in order to screen parked cars.
All conditions outlined herein are st.bject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
