PROPERTY OWNER: Mercury Savings APPLICANT: Mercury Savings ADDRESS: 7812 Edinger Avenue, Huntington Beach, California 92647 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Blvd. approximately 200 ft. westerly of the intersection of E. Estates Drive adjacent to Calabazas Creek. ZONE: CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 Conditions: 1--7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the photinia on the eastern property line be spaced at 25 ft. on center starting from the northerly most point of the gr.avei area. 9. That the star jasmine be placed 2 ft. on center along the eastern property line. 10. That the easterly and westerly most planters adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard be mounded and planted with a variety of shrubs that grow to approximately 4-6 ft. in height. 11. That the landscaping be extended to the true property line along Stevens Creek Boulevard.
