OF TIE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommends the following
procedure to be implemented regarding the Architectural
and Sire Approval Committee_

1. That the informal review of Planned Development use permits
shall be heard at 7:00 p.m. at the regularly scheduled
Architectural and Site Approval Committee meetings.
2. That no new bisiness shall be initiated_ after 11:30 p.m.
Those items not heard shall be continued to the next
regularly scheduled meeting at the beginning of the agenda.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 1974, gt a regular meeting of the
Architectureal and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Dressler, Koenitzer, Rogers, Weinstein, Sallan
NAYS: 11 " None
