OF THE ARCHITECIUPAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO approving the modification
of an approved sign as indicated on Exhibit A.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and
McClellan Road
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the words "soda fountain and sandwiches" be deleted from the sign.
9. That the word "ice cream" is to utilize the same lettering as "Clint's".
10. That lettering "Clint's Ice Cream" is to be redesigned to fit proportionately
within the sign can.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
