RESOLUTION NO. 393
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
lighting, grading and signing for a bank facility
as indicated on Exhibits D, E, E-1, E-2 and F.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southerly of and adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard
approximately 200 ft. westerly of the intersection of
East Estates Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the applicant is to return with a detailed landscaping plan for the
four (4) ft. planter to be located along the eastern boundary of the
property.
9. That the staff retain the ability to review the illumination intensity of
the lighting in the parking lot upon installation, specifically with regard
to the western boundary and landscaped areas behind the building.
10. That the five 212.ft. tall accent lights are to be eliminated from the plan.
11. That the sign letters be reduced to 24 inches in height and the length of
the sign be reduced prcportionately so that the sign area does not exceed
150 sq. ft. total.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
