OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO approving the modification
of the recreation area and landscaping for the
condominium project as indicated on Exhibits A-1,
1st Revision, B-1, 1st Revision, B.-2, 1st Revision,
B-3, 1st Revision, L,.lst Revision, and I. 1st Revision.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY; 1600 feet west of Foothill Expressway on Permanente Road

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the landscaping proposed for common open space graded hillside
area be comprised of live Oaks and Manzanita rather than Evergreens
and that the ground cover be as shown on the plan.
9. That a tot lot and the appropriate play equipment be provided by the
developer as indicated on Exhibit A with the approval of the
Homeowner's Association.
