RESOLUTION NO. 389
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site, architecture and landscaping for a bank
facility as indicated on Exhibits A 1st Revision,
B and C.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mercury Savings

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southerly of and adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard
approximately 200 ft. westerly of the intersection of
East Estates Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the applicant/owner agree to participate in a reciprocal driveway
and parking lot easement agreement with the neighboring property owner
to the west so as to allow for the interconnection of both properties
into a planned circulation system.
9. That at such time as the property to the west develops, the City shall
have the ability to close one of the driveway accesses to the property
and review the plans to convert residual asphalted areas to landscaping.
The City shall additionally have the ability to review landscaping plans
and automobile access on the eastern boundary at such time as the Santa
Clara Valley Water District prepares design plans for the segment of
Calabazas Creek that borders the subject property. The developer shall
sign an agreement to this effect prior to issuance of a building permit.
10. That additional Azaleas are to be planted around the perimeter of the
building in order to provide plantings six (6) ft. on center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
