OF THE ARCHITECTURAL, AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO approving a sign plan
for the shop tenants of the Portal Plaza Shopping
Center.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the sign program for the smaller tenants of the center be
2'6" x 13' in size in a black sign can with a white sign face.
The colors of the letters and the logo can fluctuate with each
tenant subject to the approval of the staff. The prototype to
this sign program is the sign for the Azuma Restaurant and future
signs.shall not deviate drastically from the existing color scheme.
