OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
( OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
a sign plan for the home improvement center as
indicated on Exhibit F.

ADDRESS: 19765 Stevens Creek Boulevard
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Portal Avenue
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
FIRE ZONE: 2
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the ground sign be approved as shown on Exhibit F.
9. That the wall sign be approved with the following exceptions:
a. That the "True -Value Hardware Store" logo be removed.
b. That the size of the Lumberjack letters be reduced to
thirty (30) inches.
c. That "Home Center" letters be retained and reduced
proportionately in size to those of Lumberjack.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
