HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 0384HC -51,259.81 RESOLUTION NO. 384 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of site and architecture for a proposed bank facility as indicated on Exhibits A 1st Revision and B 1st Revision. PROPERTY OWNER: George K. Yamaoka APPLICANT: Edwin J. Myers ADDRESS; 10601 South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, California LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Portal Avenue ZONE: CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the twelve (12) ft. landscape planter on Stevens Creek Boulevard be extended to the easterlymost driveway approach to the service station. 9. That the landscaping.area parallel to the common street serving Sears and Portal Plaza be subject to further review if said street is required to be modified in connection with an approval of the proposed Vallco Park Regional Shopping Center. The costs associated with the potential street and associated landscaping modification shall be subject to a mutual agreement by each owner. In the event the design for the common street is not finalized prior to occupying the bank facility, a suitable guarantee shall be posted with the City to require the owner of Portal Plaza to participate in the future street and landscaping modification. The guarantee shall be in the form of a bond in an amount and for a time frame to be determined by the Director of Public Works. In no case shall the applicant be required to participate in off -site improvements. 10. That a tree well be added to the fourth parking strip west of the easterly property line, north of the Bank. 11.
