1. Joint discussion with Planning Commission regarding roles and
responsibilities for Planning Commission and Architectural and
Site Approval Committee in the development approval process.
NOTE: Regular agenda items will be heard beginning at 9:00 p.m.
2. Application HC -51,320.2 of Karpet King requesting approval of a sign
plan for a commercial building located at the northeast corner of
Stevens Creek Boulevard and Randy Lane. Continued from H -Control
meeting of February 20, 1974.
3. Application HC -51,259.81 of Edwin J. Myers requesting approval of site
and architecture for a proposed bank facility located in the Portal
Plaza Shopping Center at the northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard
and Portal Avenue. Continued from H -Control meeting of February 20, 1974.
