PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application HC -51,259.8 of Portal Plaza Shopping Center requesting approval
of a landscaping plan for Phase I of the modification to the existing
shopping center. Continued from H -Control meeting of August 7, 1974.
2. Application HC -51,075.40 of Vallco Park, Ltd. requesting approval of site,
architecture, grading and conceptual landscaping for the regional shopping
center located southerly of and adjacent to Freeway 280 at its intersection
with Wolfe Road, extending southerly on the westerly side of Wolfe Road from
said Freeway to Stevens Creek Boulevard and extending southerly from said
Freeway on the easterly side of Wolfe Road to Vallco Park Way. Continued
from H -Control meeting of August 9, 1974.
3. Application HC -51,340.1 of Al Firenzi requesting approval of site, architecture,
landscaping, grading, lighting and signing for a Drexel Furniture Store
located southerly of and adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately
400 ft. easterly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney
Avenue.
4. Application HC -51,333.2 of John A. Sobrato (Valley Green Business Park)
requesting approval of site, architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting
for an industrial office complex located adjacent to and northerly of Valley
Green Drive approximately 350 ft. westerly of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road.
5. Application HC -51,075.41 of The Westfield Company requesting approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading, lighting and signing for two light
industrial buildings located at the southeast corner of the intersection of
Pruneridge Avenue and Tantau Avenue.
6. Application HC -51,216.4 of David E. Harper and Associates requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting for a bowling center
located at the southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road.

7. Application HC -51,318.21 of Fisherman's. -Village requesting exception to
Section 7.021 of the Sign Ordinance to allow an advertising area in excess
of the allotted square footage for an existing restaurant located on the
south side of Stevens Creek Boulevardapproximately 200 feet easterly of
Blaney Avenue.
8. Application HC -51,227.2 of Measurex Corporation requesting approval of
landscaping for Parcel 3 of the Measurex Corporation located adjacent to
and norhterly of McClellan Road at the intersection of Bubb Road.
