RECOtI11ENDING DENIAL OF A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 8.3.2(a)
OF R1 ORDINANCE NO. 991 TO ALLOW AN 8 FT. SIDE YARD
SETBACK IN LIEU OF 10 FT. FOR THE ADDITION OF A TWO-STORY
BUILDING.
