DENYING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO REPLACE AN
EXISTING SERVICE STATION WITH A SELF-SERVICE STATION
INCLUDING THE REMOVAL OF ALL EXISTING STRUCTURES
AND REPLACEMENT WITH NEW PUMP ISLANDS, CANOPY AND
PAY KIOSK.

Denial is subject to the findings and subconclusions as set forth in the
minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of October 11, 1982 and
because the proposed use permit is not compatible with the surrounding
architectural forms.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
