OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A VARIANCE FROM SECTIONS
20.24.060 AND 20.08.220(D.6) OF THE SAN JOSE ZONING
ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A REAR SETBACK OF 18 FT. FOR
THE MAIN BUILDING AND 10 FT. FOR A DECK IN LIEU OF
THE 27 FT. MAIN BUILDING AND 15 FT. DECK SETBACK
REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE.

FINDINGS:
The applicant has not provided evidence substantiating that there are exceptional
or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property or buildings
which necessitate a variance from the laws.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
