OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A VARIANCE FROM SECTION
8.5.1 OF THE Ri (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY) ZONING
ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A HEIGHT OF 17.5 FT. ON A DETACHED
GARAGE IN LIEU OF THE MAXIMUM 15 FT. HEIGHT PERMITTED
BY ORDINANCE.

LOCATION: West side of Linda Vista Drive approximately 650 ft. south of
Hyannisport Drive between Evulich Court and Baxley Court

FINDINGS:
The applicant has not provided evidence substantiating that there are exceptional
or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property or buildings
which necessitate a variance from the laws.
