OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
TWO OFFICE BUILDINGS TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 92,500
SQ. FT.

SUBMITTED:. May 18, 1982
LOCATION: West side of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road approximately 300 ft. north
of Prospect Road.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Commission finds that the proposal as submitted does not comply
with the requirements of the "City of Cupertino Conceptual Zoning Plan for
the South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road Planning Area" as adopted by the City
Council on December 21, 1981. More particularly the proposal is inconsistent
with the Conceptual Zoning Plan conditions relating to the architecture of the
buildings, sidewalk details, replacement of trees removed on the site,
reciprocal ingress and egress and consolidation of curb cuts with neighboring
properties.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1982, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Koenitzer and Chairman Claudy
NAYS: Binneweg
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
