OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A LANDSCAPE AND SIDEWALK PLAN
FOR A 91,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING.
APPLICANT: Lincoln Property Company, N.C. Inc.
ADDRESS: 553 Pilgrim Drive, Foster City, California 94404
SUBMITTED: June 22, 1982
LOCATION: North side of Rodrigues Avenue from De Anza Boulevard to a point
approximately 400 ft. easterly of Torre Avenue.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of June 28, 1982.
Conditions:
1. Approval is based on Exhibits C-1, C-2, C-3, E and E-1 of Application
7-U-81 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
2. The parking lot on the east side of Torre Avenue shall be landscaped
subject to informal review by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
3. A textured paving treatment shall be utilized at the intersection of
Torre Avenue and Rodrigues Avenue subject to informal review by the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee. This shall require that part
of the existing street be replaced. These improvements may be deferred
until such time as Torre Avenue is extended to Stevens Creek Boulevard.
4. All shrubs shall have a minimum container size of 5 gallons. All trees
shall have a minimum container size of 15 gallons.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1982, at -a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
