RESOLUTION NO. 2316 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
FORWARDING COMMENTS TO THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE
APPROVAL COMMITTEE REGARDING APPLICATION 4-U-82.
The Planning Commission recommends that the following architectural and
landscaping element be incorporated in the approved plans for the 28,000
sq. ft. office/commercial building delineated by Application 4-U-82:
1. The plan should incorporate landscaping on the second floor balcony
facing De Anza Boulevard. The landscaping materials shall be visable
to De Anza Boulevard.
2. Landscaping shall be included on De Anza Boulevard in a manner similar
to the materials depicted on Exhibit D.
3. Architecturally integrated planter boxes shall be installed on the
open plaza facing the Stevens Crc-k Boulevard frontage.
4. There should be a change in texture differentiating the horizontal
and vertical structural elements and the window wall panels.
5. The building colors shall be warm tones, not stark contrasting colors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1982 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Binneweg, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Claudy
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams •
