HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 23109 -TM -82 RESOLUTION NO. 2310 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO CONSOLIDATE FRAGMENTED PARCELS INTO TWO PARCELS. APPLICANT: Gerry M. Federspiel ADDRESS: 10080 Carmen Road, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: April 12, 1982 LOCATION: East side of Carmen Road, approximately 75 ft. south of Stevens Creek Boulevard. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 14, 1982. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. This approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of Application 9 -TM -82 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant/owner shall prepare a geologic investigation of the site prior to recordation of the final map. 17.
