APPLICANT: De Anza Forge (Cupertino Village) ADDRESS: 1307 Mary Avenue, #201, Sunnyvale, California 94087 SUBMITTED: May 11, 1982 LOCATION: North side of Highway 280 approximately 400 ft. westerly of De Anza Boulevard, at the terminus of Franco Court (behind the Homestead Square Shopping Center and De Anza Lumber) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FINDINGS: 1. Mini -storage was originally approved solely as a buffering facility for the residential use. 2. Permitting commercial development without a portion of the residential area would conflict with the original intent of the planned development residential zoning applied to subject property.
