OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE DELETION
OF THE REQUIREMENT THAT FOUNDATION
WORK COMMENCE ON THE RESIDENTIAL PORTION
OF THE SITE PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY OF THE
COMMERCIAL OFFICE PORTION OF THE PROPERTY

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1, the
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of June 14, 1982, and the Far West Savings Association's letter dated
March 22, 1982 labeled Exhibit A and attached hereto.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1982 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
