OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A VARIANCE
FROM SECTION 118.5 OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A BUILDING HEIGHT
OF 26.5 ON THE PROPERTY LINE IN LIEU OF THE
20 FT. MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY ORDINANCE.

SUBMITTED: March 8, 1982
LOCATION: East side of Imperial Avenue at the intersection of Olive Avenue
(approximately 300 ft. south of Lomita Avenue).

The applicant has not provided evidence substantiating that there are exceptional
or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property or buildings
which necessitate a variance from the laws.
