RESOLUTION NO. 2300
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
TENTATIVE MAP TO CONSOLIDATE THREE PARCELS
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .4 OF AN ACRE
INTO ONE PARCEL.

SUBMITTED: March 8, 1982
LOCATION: East side of Imperial Avenue at the intersection of Olive Avenue
(approximately 300 ft. south of Lomita Avenue)

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on`Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of April 12, 1982.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 7 -TM -82 as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain approval to zone the
southerly portion of the site within the former right-of-way of Olive
Avenue to ML (Light Industrial) prior to the recordation of the final map.
17. The applicant shall prepare reciprocal ingress/egress easements covering
the southerly driveway area, which is located on the applicant's property
.to the south of the subject property (within the former right-of-way for
Olive Avenue). Said reciprocal ingress/egress easements shall be reviewed
and approved by the City Attorney, placed in escrow, and recorded
simultaneously with any transfer of ownership of either of the affected
parcels, at no cost to the City. Said easement shall be prepared and
placed in escrow prior to recordation of the final parcel map.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1982, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
