RESOLUTION NO. 7238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR
HOOVER PARK, PROJECT I004
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 3 for ehanges to work which has been approved
by the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council,
be, and it is herby approved in conjunction with the projeet known as
HOOVER PARK, PROJECT I004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino this 6th day of July ,1987, by the following
