RESOLUTION NO. 7239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 FOR
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING
PROJECT 87 -105
RESOLVED by the City Couneil of the Gity of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 6 for changes to work which has been approved by the Direetor of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved
in conjunction with the project known as FOOTHILL BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING, PROJECT
87-105.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropriation
is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Couneil of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of July , 1987, by the following vote:
