The City recently received the revised Transportation Analysis prepared by the applicant’s consultant team. To confirm that the initial peer review comments have been addressed, Fehr & Peers (under contract to DJP&A) will conduct a subsequent peer review and provide a memorandum with final comments, if any. With the approval of the September 2025 Contingency Budget Authorization Request, our existing contract has a remaining contingency balance of $3,926. We are requesting authorization to utilize that remaining contingency budget and an additional budget amount of $1,824 to coordinate and complete the subsequent peer review. This contract amendment would increase our total budget from $134,267 (which included the contingency budget of $12,206) to $136,091.
