COMMERCIAL/OFFICE BUILDING INTO EIGHT OFFICE CONDOMINIUM UNITS. APPLICANT: Cupertino Commercial Development ADDRESS: 826 North Winchester Boulevard, San Jose, California 95128 SUBMITTED: March 1, 1982 LOCATION: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Highway 85 at termination of Alhambra Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of April 12, 1982. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 6 -TM -82 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
