HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 229424 -TM -81 (Revised) RESOLUTION NO. 2294 OF THE PLANNING C0IISSION, OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP. THIS AMENDMENT SHALL PERMIT LIMITED ACCESS TO MCCLELLAN ROAD AS STIPULATED BELOW. APPLICANT: K -Land Consultant Engineers, Inc. ADDRESS: 125 East Sunnyoaks Avenue, #107, Campbell, California 95008 SUBMITTED: March 8, 1982 LOCATION: South side of McClellan Road approximately 100 ft. west of De Anza Boulevard and continues around to De Anza Boulevard 145 ft. south of McClellan Road ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 22, 1982. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 24 -TM -81 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The vehicular access shall be restricted to egress only (right turn out) onto McClellan Road. Ingress and egress from McClellan Road may be permitted in the future in conjunction with the redevelopment of the corner service station site. If ingress/egress is permitted at that time, it shall be limited to only one ingress/egress point serving both the subject property and the corner parcel..
