HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 22881 -TM -82 RESOLUTION NO. 2288 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 9,900 SQ. FT. APPLICANT: William Marocco and Associates ADDRESS: 1153 Bordeaux Drive, Sunnyvale, California 94086 SUBMITTED: February 1, 1982 LOCATION: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 8, 1982. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 1 -TM -82 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall enter into reciprocal ingress/egress easements with the adjoining parcel to the west corresponding to the location of reciprocal driveways as shown on Exhibit A of Application 1-U-82. 17. The City is considering a sidewalk/landscaping standard for the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage. If the standard is adopted by the City Council, ninety (90) days after issuance of building permit the applicant shall agree to modify the existing walk to meet the standard as follows: a. Record appropriate pedestrian and/or public utility easements necessary to accommodate the standard. b. Remove the existing sidewalk along the entire Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage. c. Install a new sidewalk per the revised standard. d. Irrigate and maintain any landscape areas located within the public right-of-way in a high quality manner consistent with the maintenance of the landscaping located on private property. The appropriate assurances in the form of bonds shall be taken from the applicant prior to release of building permits and/or recordation of the final parcel map. 18. The applicant/property owner shall contribute to the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive to the degree that benefit can be shown to the subject property, as determined by the Director of Public Works. - 2 - Planning Commission Resolution No. 2288 (continued) 1 -TM -82 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1982, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Binneweg, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Claudy NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None APPROVED: Is/ John M.
