HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 22864-U-80 (Revised) RESOLUTION NO. 2286 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF A USE PERMIT TO ADD APPROXIMATELY 1,300 SQ. FT. TO AN EXISTING CHURCH FACILITY. APPLICANT: Warren B. Heid ADDRESS: 14630 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, California 95070 SUBMITTED: January 28, 1982 LOCATION: Southeast corner of McClellan Road and Stelling Road ------------------------------------------------------------------------ FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 8, 1982. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C, D and Informational of Application 4-U-80 (Revised) as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The first four parking spaces off of Stelling Road (two on each side of driveway) shall be deleted to provide some setback screening area for the parking lot. 17. There shall be one (1) driveway off McClellan Road with a minimum width of 20 ft. 18. Street improvements, including undergrounding of utilities, shall be required. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1982, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Binneweg, Blaine, Chairman Claudy NAYS: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Koenitzer ABSENT: None ATTEST: ames H.
