OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO MODIFY
CONDITION OF A PREVIOUS APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE A
28,600 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING AND 1.8 ACRE SITE ON
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD INTO 40 OR FEWER CONDOMINIUM
OFFICE UNITS.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:

Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of Feburary 8, 1982.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 11 -TM -81 (Revised)
as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. An association comprised of all condominium owners shall be formed
to ensure property management of commonly held property. The
appropriate association document shall be reviewed and approved as to
form and content by the City Attorney prior to recordation of the
final map.
17. The property may be divided into forty (40) or fewer condominium
units at the applicant's discretion. There shall be one lot held
in common ownership. The exact placement of interior walls may be
modified subject to review by the staff.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
