OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
A 7,500.SQ. FT. COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of February 8, 1982.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the, event a conflict does exist,
the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A, A-1, B and Informational of
Application 29-U-81 and the applicant's letter dated December 28, 1981,
as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. Specific uses shall conform with the list of allowable uses in the
Planned Development Zoning District as enumerated in Condition 16
of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1719 and as modified by Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1968. Additionally, all new uses shall require
use permit review as required under Condition 17 of Planning Commission
Resolution No, 1719.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1982, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Binneweg, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Claudy
