RESOLUTION NO. 7243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACKNOWLEDGING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM
CHARLES T. MASTERS, SANDRA O. MASTERS, STEVE ZANKICH AND
KIMBERLY A. ZANKIGH; RAINBOW DRIVE WITHIN TRACT NO. 7999
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an "Irrevocable
Offer to Dedicate Property for Street Purposes";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby acknowledges said offer of dedication of right-of-way, and
not presently rejeeting or aecepting said offer, but reserving the right
to aecept the offer at any time in the future by resolution of the City
Council. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to record the aforementioned
"Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Property for Street Purposes".

I~~ OFFER TO DEDICATE PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
For valuable consideration, the undersigned owners of the hereinafter deS=ibed
real property, hereby warranting that they constitute all of the owners
thereof, for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby iJ:revoc-
ably offer to dedicate to the City of Cupertino, a Municipal Corporation, an
easaœnt and right-of-way for a public city street (inclu:îing all trees or
growth presently growing or as may be grown within said right-of-way) upon,
under, over and a=oss that certain real property situated in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Califo:mia, and m::>re particularly
des=ibed as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot I, said point being on the
northerly line of Rainbow Drive as shown on the map for Tract No. 7999
filed in Book 575 of Maps at pages 11 and 12 , Santa Clara County Records;
thence fran said Point of Beginning along said northerly line S 89"54'30" W
83.93 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the right, ha.ving a radius
of 20.00 feet, thru a central angle of 90012 I 00 II for an arc distance of
31.49 fêêt to the ~sterly line of said Lot 1; thence along said'1iñe
N 0"06'30" E 10.00 feet to a point of cusp; thence fran a tangent which
bears S 0"06'30 W, along a curve to the left, having a radius of 20.00
feet, thru a central angle of 90 "12 '00" for an arc distance of 31. 4 9 feet
to a point 10.00 feet, measured at right angles, northerly of said north-
erly line of Rainbow Drive; thence parallel with said line N 89"54'30" E
83.93 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 1; thence along said line
S 0"06'30" W 10.00 feet to the FOINI' OF BEGINNING.
The undersigned understand that the within offer can only be accepted by
resolution of the City Council of the City of Cupertino pursuant to Streets
and Highways Code Section 1806 of the State of Califo:mia, and recordation of
this instrurent shall not and will not constitute acceptance of the within offer
to dedicate. This offer shall be irreVocable and shall be binding upon our
heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. The plural as used
herein shall inclu:îe the singular, and the singular inclu:îe the plural.
