RESOLUTION NO. 7248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
EDWARD S.J. CALI, TRUSTEE AND ALFRED J. CALI, TRUSTEE
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0875 ACRES, LOCATED
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH DEANZA BLVD. AND MCCLELLAN ROAD
WHEREAS, Edward S.J. Cali, Trustee and Alfred J. Cali, Trustee have
executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and
sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway
purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" and Èxhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0875 acres at the northwest eorner of South
DeAnza Blvd. and McClellan Road
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that thè City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Councilof the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of July ,1987, by the following vote:

Being a portion of the 0.512 acre parcel of land described in the deed from R.
Cali & Bro., a California corporation to Alfred J. Cali, trustee of the Cali
Revocabl e Trust dated April 19, 1983 and S. J. Cal i, trustee of the Edward S.-
J. Cali 1972 Trust l(Rev.) dated June 20, 1972, ás amended, recorded in Book
1867 of Official Records at page 314; Santa Clara County Records;
Beginning at the northeast corner of said 0".512 acre parcel, said point also
being on a line parallel with and distant 60.00 feet westerly measured at
ri ght angl es from the centerli ne of South De Anza Boul evard (fonnerly
Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road;
Thence westerly along the northerly line of said 0.512 acre parcel South 89
