TO AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY HOME. APPLICANT: ADDRESS; SUBMITTED: LOCATION: FINDINGS: Walter & Roseann Frederick 10234 Miner Place, Cupertino, California 95014 October 31, 1983 Southeast corner of Lazaneo Drive and Miner Place 1. The proposal is inconsistent with the one story building design limitation established for dwellings adjacent to Lazaneo Drive in the tentative map approval. 2. The proposed exterior staircase and deck area will be highly visible and will impact the privacy of the adjoining single-family home to the south. 3. There are no compelling reasons to change the one-story limit imposed by the Tentative Map. 4. There is an implied contract between the property owners within the subdivision limiting building heights on Lazaneo Drive. 5. The second story staircase design is inconsistent with the R1 Second Unit rules. 6. On street parking required for the second unit will cause problems.
