1. The proposal is inconsistent with the one story building
design limitation established for dwellings adjacent to
Lazaneo Drive in the tentative map approval.
2. The proposed exterior staircase and deck area will be
highly visible and will impact the privacy of the adjoining
single-family home to the south.
3. There are no compelling reasons to change the one-story
limit imposed by the Tentative Map.
4. There is an implied contract between the property owners
within the subdivision limiting building heights on Lazaneo
Drive.
5. The second story staircase design is inconsistent with the
R1 Second Unit rules.
6. On street parking required for the second unit will cause
problems.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
