HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 245232-U-83 RESOLUTION NO. 2452 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE. APPLICANT: Virgil E. Ellsworth ADDRESS: 10185 Pasadena Avenue, Cupertino California 95014 SUBMITTED: September 21, 1983 LOCATION: Westerly of and adjacent to Santa Clara Avenue approximately 50 feet south of the intersection of Santa Clara and Grand Avenues. ----------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of October 10, 1983. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
